Your order?

After you place an orderit will be added to your cart, provided that the item is available. It may happen that due to a lack of stock or other circumstances going beyond our control, we are not able to deliver your order. In that case, we will notify you and we will refund your payment immediately. This will remove the obligation to deliver such itemsThe models are never produced in large quantities and some of them are unique.

How can I pay?

Payment is possible via PayPal or with credit card. After purchasing, you will be automatically redirected to the different payments methods.

Shipping and packaging costs?

ORDERS ABOVE 50 EURO: for orders above 50 euro, there is no charge for packing and shipping.

BELGIUM: participaton to packing and shipping costs is 4,00 euro for orders under 50 euro.

EUROPE: participation to packing and shipping costs is 7,00 euro for orders under 50 euro. 

REST OF THE WORLD (outside Europe): participation to packing and shipping costs is 12,00 euro for orders under 50 euro.

Delivery?

After receiving your payment, the order will be shipped promptly and in any case no later than within 3 days. Exceptionally, it may take a little longer. Should this be the case, we will inform you by email. You will also receive an email on the day of shipping.

Can I return my purchase?

If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase and you want to return the item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the purchase amount after receiving the item in its original condition. Please enclose a copy of the invoice. Please also make sure to mention your bank account details for prompt refunding.

If an item is defective, please contact us promptly by email or telephone. We will repair or refund your payment, provided that the item is returned within a reasonable timein accordance with the law for online purchases.

In the case of a product that needs to be repared, we will deliver it as soon as possible.

Cancellation?

If you wish to cancel the order before receiving it, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Do not forget to mention your bank account details for prompt refunding.
If cancellation is received after the order is sent, we ask you to return it unopened in order to be refunded.

Dimensions?

The dimensions of each item are mentioned in the descriptions and are approximate.

Your private information?

Your private details will only be used for managing and sending your order. If you specified to receive the Newsletterwe will send it to you by email. Your information is not used for other than these purposes.

Change in Clips or Pierced earrings?

You would like a model for pierced earrings, yet the picture shows clips? Or would you like it just the other way round? It is possible. Simply check the appropriate box when ordering.

Do we send an e-mail when the order is shipped?

Yes. You will automatically receive an e-mail at the end of the day telling you that the order was shipped.

I did not receive an order confirmation. Was my order well received?

Once you have confirmed your order, an email confirmation is automatically sentIf you did not receive an e-mail confirmation within the next few minutes, please contact us immediately. We can then confirm you if we have received your order or not.
